A pre-release Shiraz from the Swan Valley's Garbin Estate.
It's a wine that comes across quite clean and polished and seemingly gives the impression it's had a bit of work done. You could also assume you were sipping on a Cabernet, too, as aromas of mint and dried oregano reach out immediately. Dark plums and blackcurrants drive the fruit profile. Black earth, drying dusty tannins and some exotic type spices cling to a respectable finish. It goes okay.
