I don't see many wines from Western Australia's Swan Valley so it was great to see a few samples from Garbin Estate arrive. Let's kick off with this Sparkling Merlot.
Plums and Christmas cake. Some leathery feels too. A silty tannin feel coats the mouth before a lick of sweetness swoops on close. A good drink for something different.
