Dehydrated peach, there is plenty of yellow stonefruits on offer. Vanilla Oak brings some nougat charm. Whipped butter, the cream is poured on generously. A whisk of lemon curd cuts in on close with a super fine ginger finish. There is a lot to embrace with this wine's shape. Nicely done.
