A 100% sparkling Chardonnay from the Orange region's Lemon Villa. These wines are made by Duncan Cook of Cook's Lot fame.
There's some pleasing depth here but there's not too much going on. Wholemeal bread and biscuity feels through the mouth with a dash of lemon juice. A bright acidity cuts in and clutches to a long finish. It goes okay.
Drink to five years.
