A 55/45 blend, choc mint and dried herbs wrap their arms around well-handled fruit. There's great depth here with a terrific synergy between fruit, oak and acid. Soft textural detail is brushed across the palate leaving a long and savoury finish to peruse. A classic Cab Merlot indeed.
