d'Arenberg The Dry Dam Riesling 2021

Ripping value! Chill hard and pour large in the sun.

A blend of McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills fruit, a touch of honey sneaks into the aroma profile already at this early stage. Green apples and lime juice, there is a neat lick of minerality and tonic texture. There's a lot to like about the crisp acidity - whip crack like. But this will age, it has pedigree in that department if aging is your thing.

Drink now.
