It's quite a muted wine and takes some effort to reveal the yellow flowers, custard powder and yellow peach. Ginger spices gather some form and shoulder their way forward and cling to a long finish that has some warmth to it. This is a Chardonnay that needs some food beside it.
Drink to three years.
