A delight to drink, this is a rock solid example of Margaret River Cabernet.
Savoury aromas, savoury to taste and then the black and blue fruits stride out. Varietal with plenty going on, dried herbs, Bay leaf, black olives, roasted peppers and wallet leather churn out the savoury highlights. Drying through the mid-palate, green tea-like tannins plant themselves and refuse to move. Good now and it will only get better. Above all, it's quality for the money.
