With a copper and onion skin appearance, this super tasty dry Rosé from Usher Tinkler is a summer time barbecue dream boat.
A blend of Shiraz and Merlot, red apples, rhubarb, pomegranate and freeze dried raspberries whip up a frenzy. A subtle creaminess rides along in stealth mode in the background with lenthy fine spices and a red apple crunch to finish. Refreshing with some textural interest, I'll have a large chilled glass thanks.
