This is new for Shaw Wines. I haven't seen them draw fruit from outside their immediate locality in the Canberra district til now. A wonderfully refreshing wine, the Eden Valley bath perfume trait diffuses luring you in.
Lime juice and lime leaf prevail with some pear and citrus zest. I like the way it carries itself. There is a respectable presence about the way it rolls through. The refreshment factor reaches high as that tang sizzles and stays long. Chalky to close, chill down this bone dry beauty and pour large. Another glass for me, please.
