I really love this label. What a fine tribute to the late Karl Stockhausen who did so much for the Hunter Valley. This Semillon exudes some cool summer vibes.
Splash this liberally in glasses with those who smile a lot. A cooling afternoon breeze with some seafood will cap it off.
Lime juice and lime leaf, it rolls along without too much concentration but possesses a respectable presence. A little cut herb and some flashes of lemonade, there's a respectable drive. Nicely done. Chill and enjoy.
