I dig this. A great Fiano from the Hunter Valley courtesy of Briar Ridge.
Poached pears, cashews and hazelnuts leap from the glass and flow through to the mouth with ease. Soft cinnamon and ginger spices wrap around the charismatic pear and golden apple fruit framed by some textural goodness. A little vanilla and a little sourdough add further appeal. A long finish seduces and caps off a wine done really well. More please.
Drink to three years.
