A new label to me hailing from Lyndoch in the southern Barossa. Good drinking Grenache to sooth your long workday blues.
Barossa Grenache represents great value for a number of reasons. The fruit for this wine comes off 100+ year-old vines - there's another reason.
Handfuls of juicy fruit surrounded by curtains of baking type spices drapped through the mouth. Soft and engaging florals and red fruits walk hand in hand finishing long with smooth tannins. A touch warming in the mouth with red apple like acidity cutting it into shape. You'll walk away happy with this under your arm.
Drink now to eight years.
