The Lane's entry-level Chardonnay.
Yellow flowers, canned peach juice and homemade lemonade aromas get things moving. It comes across more like a Pinot Gris in some respects than a Chardonnay. Some textural feels, shades of apple and stonefruit in there too. Lemons spring to life late and persist long. Fine ginger spice ticks away on a long finish. It goes okay.
Drink now to five years.
