Oates Ends Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2016

Quite a grassy and herby Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend. Despite being barrel fermented with ten months in one-year-old oak, the barrel component could almost be overlooked.

The fruit is fresh and vibrant, clean and crisp but those herby characters are what stand up most of all.
It's a fair drink that will appease many I'm sure. Pair with fresh seafood and chicken dishes and the job is done.

Drink now to three years.
