Embrace Cath Oats' first Cabernet from this Wilyabrup site. Classic Margaret River bay leaf aromas get me in the mood. Handfuls of red and dark fruit sway effortlessly through the mouth flanked by licks of blueberries, dried herbs and olives. Beautifully balanced - fruit, acid and oak wash through seamlessly offering pleasure at every turn. Superfine to finish, the longer it sat in the glass the more my need to go back for another sip grew. Run to this.
