Fermented separately then held in old oak for nine months before blending. Baskets of red and blue fruit are prominent and are flanked by meaty and char characters with a rattle of spice which hums along late. Raspberry fruit steps up with more time in the glass. A more than pleasurable wine, I could indulge in lots of this - causal dinners, a cozy night in or by a campfire. Great stuff.
Drink now to six years.
