Ten Minutes By Tractor 10X Pinot Gris 2017

Mornington Peninsula Pinot Gris - what's not to like? Such a beautiful drink and a great region for the variety. A delicious wine for your drinking pleasure.

Whole bunch pressed and wild yeast fermented in barrel with 10% going through MLF. Aged in old oak for nine months, the result is a soft and moreish wine.

A whiff of furry underripe peach skin and stonefruit to begin. White fleshed stonefruit the hero to taste with an underlying minerality. Fresh and vibrant, it's a wine which is not overly dense. Perhaps saying its lighter on its feet than expected would be more accurate. A fine touch of green apple late with a few drops of citrusy stuff keep things ticking along before a fine ginger like spice takes hold and hangs long. Much longer than expected. Long lunches in the sun made easy here.

Drink now to five years.
