d’Arenberg The Ironstone Pressings 2016

Another icon from d'Arenberg playing the big set and smashing out the right notes.

A GSM blend 75/25/5, generosity is in its veins.

Smooth fruit but there's a fist clenched with a fair clout behind it. Puckering, the tannins feel oh so good. They're submerged below buckets of dark fruit, raspberry rope, cedar and cloves. Tilled earth and cocoa have the final say before those tannins get my attention again. This will live long. Go here.

Drink now to a decade+
