A vibrant blend of Shiraz and Mataro, grown on the estate's certified organic vineyards, this blend was fermented in a 675L ceramic egg.
The fruit was picked two weeks earlier than other parcels on the property. Bright red fruits burst from the glass. Scents of fennel and aniseed are met by puffs of earth. Medium bodied, blueberries find their feet and raise their hand not to be missed. Soft pepper is dusted across a lifted finish. A fab drink to kick back with at the end of a long week.
