Riesling is the blessing of the wine gods to Australia. Such a brilliant variety yet oh so affordable. $24 gets you a superb buy like this.
Bath salts, Jasmine flowers and citrus zest get the juices flowing. So refreshing, a minerally undertow steadies the ship with lemon and lime juice squeezed in liberal proportions. Dry and crisp to finish - bless.
Drink now I say to embrace the freshness but it will age gracefully.
