Serious Savvy from Philip Shaw. Lemongrass, Thai basil, guava and pineapple sage - so fresh and inviting. Clean, crisp and dry, the fruit drives through with good intensity kept in check by well cut acidity. There's a phenolic grip which seems a little flabby but that can easily be overseen. A super fine spice tucks in the edges.
Miles away from the green tinged Sauvs out there littering retail land, classy stuff this. Get out and find this and you'll see what I mean.
