Despite being launched later this year, you wouldn't touch it until 2020 at least. A beast of a wine, over a few days of tasting it softened and nestled into a neat groove making it easy to see where this is going.
Sandalwood, red plums and a hint of clove, delectable fruit sweetness hums along to a respectable tempo. Super dark and dense in the glass, the fruit powers through yet possesses a sophisticated caress. Wood spices linger long into the night - I get a sense the finish will never end.
I looked at this over four days. The shape and structure on the fourth still exuded freshness - yes please! Cellar for as long as you like.
