Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris straight off the bottling line.
I tasted this blind, and admittedly, after a whiff I first thought it to be Sauv Blanc. A dash of spice at to finish shifted my thoughts, mind you.
Clean, crisp and fresh, green melon and cut green herbs. Abundant tropical fruit with passion fruit swimming at ease. Some textural appeal lies through the mid-palate before that spice chimes in.
An easy drink sure to satisfy those seeking rays of springtime sunshine.
