Dried red flowers play it hard, hibiscus, char and charcuterie to name a few. Aromas follow through to the palate with ease. Some red berry fruit attempts to wriggle in, but that char and meatiness can't be shaken. Granite-like minerality sits at the core. Peppered steak runs a neat ribbon through to a long finish. Steak night is on me.
