Simple Chardonnay from a region only identified as 'Adelaide'. I can only assume Adelaide and surrounds which is a fair radius. Some further investigation reveals the majority of fruit comes from Currency Creek.
A bitsy sort of wine. Honeyed aromas, stewed apples, green melon and some texture through the mouth. It finished with cinnamon and star anise like spices which cling on for much longer than expected. As each element comes and the previous dissolves.
The website says $18 and the sample bottle states $15.
