Pretty, precise and elegant. Handpicked, 20% whole bunch which was fermented separately and pressed off after 2 weeks. Not fined nor filtered with minimal sulphur added at bottling.
The fruit is balanced on point partnered by stunning savoury characteristics - the whole bunch component adds some serious magnetic pull. Forest floor, tinges of baking and brown spices on the edge, kicks of earth and dark cherries. It's the trendy kid wearing a neatly pressed suit - oozing personality on the inside with a sharp and charismatic presentation. I could leap into glasses of this happily losing count as I swim through the pleasure. Perhaps you should too?
