Off-dry Semillon - something not all that common, but I like different and this smashes the brief. A well-crafted wine to sit beside a spicy dish. Friday night take away come at me.
Super low on alcohol (9%) but high in the delish stakes. Pineapple sage, pine-lime splice, citrus leaf with a lemony tang for good measure. The yin and yang factor has the fruit sweetness and dryness cycling around the mouth and balanced with absolute ease. A big thumbs up.
