Quite an easy drinking wine. A 61/31/8 GSM blend which saw various oak formats for 26 months.
A spicy sucker, whiffs of cedar early before dark berry fruits take charge. Quite firm in the mouth, peppery spice runs its course lingering long. A lick of red berry fruit clutches for attention at the death. Warm to finish, a fair go-to for a burger or pizza.
Drink now to five years.
