Dry and still cider made on the Sunshine Coast from Granite Belt apples.
Whiffs of Pink lady apples and touches of honey. It smells good - fresh and inviting.
Bone dry to taste but it's straight up and down with simple fruit flavours. Dead still as the name suggests but some fizz would add more complexity. But hey, that's just me.
