The sizzling acidity of this variety matched the food a treat. Fresh and inviting aromas of Key lime pie coupled with pineapple sage threw out the welcome mat. Tangy grapefruit and glace pineapple contributed some attractive tropical fruit feels. Although it was served too cold, it skipped to a neat beat when things settled down. Great stuff.
