A swirl of the glass and all I wanted was some sticky ribs or perhaps some beef or pork cooked low 'n' slow. Sweet boysenberry open before black fruits, tilled earth and cloves. Handfuls of depth charge forward but don't lead with a sledgehammer. The fruit retains some shine with fine pepper and sapping tannins. Now for those ribs.
