The fruit for this Semillon was selected from dry grown vineyards with an average vine age of 40 years.
Fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees for a few months.
An easy option to wash down your seafood. Citrus fruits are the highlight. It comes across as a wine with a spring to its step. Soft aromas of lemons, limes and lemongrass are met in the mouth by soft grapefruit notes with lemon juice wriggling to the fore finishing soft and clean. Good gear.
