A Cabernet that is so at peace with itself yet you get the sense it is still holding some secrets close. The Duke from Wild Game has proven over the years that it is a top performer and here we go again.
Roasted peppers, sundried tomatoes and cigar box savoury delights are all parceled up with a dried herb crust featuring thyme, sage, marjoram and rosemary. A fine mintiness shimmers throughout with some black currants and juicy blackberry fruit. Drying, its savoury appeal has an attractive magnetism and that length just goes on and on. It's great drinking and a worthy cellar dweller.
