There is a fabulous consistency throughout this Corryton Burge range. This Eden Valley Riesling hits the mark in all the right places - attractive aromas and excitable fruit are the order of the day.
Think lemon juice, lime cordial, wet stones and river pebbles with the lovely scent of white field flowers to keep things humming along. A little herbal tea action slides in and out but that fine tonic like finish leaves a chalky feel with the lick of a green apple peel to close. There is a lot to like here.
