This First Drop Wines Prosecco is an easygoing and fun sparkler.
Attractive aromas of cut lime, green apple skin, white flowers and honey puffs get you in the mood. Those scents hook you in but the flavour profile goes MIA, in part, thinning out more than I expected. Underripe apple, lemon juice and yellow grapefruit offer interest with a crisp acidity to close but their presence is thinly veiled. It goes okay.
