Gra Fion Saperavi 2016

A gutsy wine. Big on personality. Big on soul.

Black cherry and blackberries, charcoal, black tea, earthy aromas plus an ever so subtle cheeky whiff of peppermint. Dense and generous, the mouth is filled generously - width and breadth. Cocoa tannins sap all moisture from the mouth - not a wine for the faint hearted but one which has some gravitating pull. A long future lies ahead.

Best drinking 2019 to ten years+
