Hayes Family Wines Greenock Shiraz 2016

One of those wines you could sniff away at and be content - there's plenty to amuse...

Burnt toffee, dark chocolate, dark berries, aniseed and clove. Dark and brooding, this is no shy guy. Mulberry fruit glistens with fistfuls of depth and coverage. The cheeky appearance of smoked paprika adds another layer of charm.

Only a pup, stick this away in a dark place for a couple of years til 2020 to see it starting to show its best. It will cellar comfortably beyond a decade.
