Ten Minutes By Tractor 10X Sauvignon Blanc 2017

I don't like Sauvignon Blanc as a general rule. Put it in the right hands and make an effort = great results. Wild fermentation in old oak is a great start.

Ten months in oak has seen lovely textural feels adorn the fruit. 55% underwent MLF.
Fresh with skip in its step, some varietal traits are obvious - passionfruit, citrus, cut herbs and morning dew. There's still a greeny and leafy character evident, but the width and breadth plus measured acidity gains favour. I'd happily have a glass.

Drink now to five years.
