Solid Chardonnay ticking the boxes. 100% barrel fermented in new, second and third use oak, it's pretty fine value for the asking price too.
Littered with stonefruit and a creamy drive, scents of vanilla and brioche evident too. A little matchstick adds further interest. Some texture rolls through coating the palate with peach skin like feels. Quite rounded through the mouth though not heavy. An enjoyable and easy drinking style. I could have a glass or two easy.
Drink now to six years.
