Dry and produced using the Traditional Method, this refreshing cider is made from Granite Belt apples. It sees twelve months in bottle during the secondary fermentation and the result is delicious!
Opening with aromas of dough and pizza base, it oozes complexity for days. Fine beads of fizz race to the top of the glass. A dab of sweetness lands early but shifts up a gear to sheets of dryness. Beautifully balanced, the mouth is filled with texture and complexity before a long and memorable finish. More please!
