Comyns and Co Reserve Shiraz 2018

Black book this guy - Scott Comyns. His Comyns and Co label kicked off a couple of years ago and has been motoring along ever since. This Reserve Shiraz is all class.

Sourced from a prominent Hunter Valley vineyard, this just oozes class. It's all red plums, red and black berries, chocolate and super fine spices. Medium bodied those berry fruits just purr as layers of interest ever so slowly reveal themselves before fine strokes of tannin put things to rest. I could sip on this all day and all night.
