The fruit is sourced from the Adelaide Hills, a site that was recently razed in the bushfire disaster which strangled the region.
Splash this beauty in your glass and it cruises through the mouth. A touch of melted butter tucks in behind figs, licks of caramel and barbecued white stone fruit. There's wonderful width with soft feels plus well balanced acidity finishing with a lemon sherbet tang. I could be convinced to add another point. A super buy for the money, oh yeah, fill me up.
Drink to five years.
