Give is a chance to breathe and you're in business. It's all dark plums, blackberries and chocolate. Seeing French oak for 20 months (25% new), it's rounded shoulders and a dense presence in the mouth have you coming back for more. Add cloves, dried herbs and touches of wallet leather and silty tannins to close. It's a very tidy drink.
