Tim Bailey treats this Pinot Noir fruit from Mt Gambier like he would a Chardonnay. It sits on lees for four months to develop some texture and complexity. It's fair to say the balance is just right too.
Rose gold in the glass, it's all strawberries and cream, cranberries and red currants. A wonderful apple crunch and fab line of acidity all point towards large pours and big smiles. Go here without question.
