A very enjoyable Yarra Valley Rosé oozing textural feels and savoury goodness.
Made from Pinot Noir, it's wonderfully creamy and nicely weighted. Dried herbs skirt the edges with generous tangelo and blood orange adding layers of interest. The label suggests spiced apple and I can't argue with that. A soft peppery finish invites another sip. Great stuff.
