A blend of Hunter Valley Semillon and Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc (55/45). The beauty of this drink is that is starts with juicy citrus fruit from the Semillon driving through the mid palate before turning to show some leafiness and gooseberry from the Sauv Blanc component. To conclude it turns on its head and finishes with a generous drop of lemon juice. Clean and fresh, an easy summer time drink.
