Think white flowers, apricot nectar, custard apple and white fleshed stonefruit. In the mouth that burst is toned down somewhat where there's a generous presence of fruit. Well balanced, there's a generosity about the mouth feel courtesy of some barrel fermentation. Ginger spices hum along on a long and moreish finish. Tidy drinking ready for chicken dishes.
Drink now to three years.
