Only made in good years, 60-70% sees new French oak. Dark plums with boysenberries particularly running amok. Drying and sapping, moisture is drawn from the mouth. Quite full in delivery, pretty violet and purple flower aromas add beauty around the edges. There's some heft in its presence too. Slow cooked beef the go here.
