Chenin Blanc is a variety that doesn't come across this tasting bench all that much. Western Australia is where it has found a happy home but there are a few pockets here and there dotted around the rest of the country.
Fresh green apple sizzles. It's by far the hero. Cut pear, quince and a faint honey tone all add interest. There's a joyous freshness and vibrancy about it as it finishes clean and crisp. Good, no fuss drinking.
